助理研究员

 

张君,博士,助理研究员,一直集中于生物响应型纳米递药体系治疗乳腺癌的研究。设计合成的生物响应型纳米递药体系分别通过诱导肿瘤细胞内铁死亡机制,重塑肿瘤微环境及升高肿瘤细胞内ROS,有效地治疗乳腺癌。在研究过程中注重纳米制剂的安全性及生物响应性,材料选取主要集中在生物可降解、天然无毒和低毒的材料。具备药剂学、化学合成、药理学等相关研究背景,可对生物可降解性材料进行改性研究,制备符合临床需要的相关材料与制剂。发表SCI论文多篇,授权专利1项,主持国家青年基金1项,重庆市自然科学基金1项,上海交通大学“新进教师启动项目”1项,参与国家自然科学基金(面上项目)1项。
