钱峰:博士,教授,博士生导师,科研副院长。2006年在南京大学生命科学院获得博士学位,2006年至2011年,在美国伊利诺伊大学药理学系从事博士后研究工作,并于2011年3月晋升为研究助理教授,2013年回国在yd12300云顶线路任课题组组长。主要研究方向为免疫药理学、分子药理学、肿瘤药理学、神经药理学和抗体工程;聚焦巨噬细胞极化的泛素化修饰、代谢性调控、转录因子激活等分子机制;阐明感染性肺炎、过敏性哮喘、肺纤维化、老年痴呆症、抑郁症等复杂性疾病的发病机理;鉴定潜在药物作用靶标、研发小分子药物及治疗性抗体药物。以通讯作者在Nature Microbiology,Nature Communication,Journal of Experimental Medicine等国际著名学术杂志上发表研究论文60余篇。中国药理学会抗炎免疫药理专业委员会委员和青年委员会常务委员,上海药学会药理专业委员会委员,上海市药物代谢研究中心理事,世中联中医药免疫专委会常务理事,美国心血管学会、美国生理学会、美国胸科学会,美国免疫学家学会等学会会员。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目6项,国家重点研发计划“精准医学研究”专项1项(分项目负责人),作为骨干参与重大专项“重大新药创制”1项。担任《人民卫生出版社中国医学教育题库》药理学学科副主编。

教学情况:
1. 主讲研究生《高等药理学》和《免疫药理学》。
2. 主讲本科生《基因与健康》。

本课题组招聘博士后,研究方向是抗炎免疫,主要任务从临床样本分析,动物模型建立,细胞功能检测,信号通路解析,系统阐明炎症性疾病的病理机制,鉴定新型药物作用靶标。

Dr. Feng Qian: Ph.D. and M.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor and Vice Dean of the School of Pharmacy, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His main research interests include immunopharmacology, molecular pharmacology, tumor pharmacology, neuropharmacology, and antibody engineering. His research focuses on molecular mechanisms such as ubiquitination modification, metabolic regulation, and transcription factor activation in macrophage polarization. He elucidates the pathogenesis of complex diseases, such as infectious pneumonia, allergic asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, Alzheimer's disease, and depression. Additionally, he identifies several potential drug targets, develops small molecule drugs, and therapeutic antibodies. As corresponding author, he has published over 60 research papers in internationally renowned academic journals, including Nature Microbiology, Nature Communication, and the Journal of Experimental Medicine. He is a member and executive committee member of the Anti-inflammatory and Immunopharmacology Professional Committee and the Youth Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, a member of the Pharmacology Professional Committee of the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Society, Director of the Shanghai Drug Metabolism Research Center, an Executive Director of the Immunotherapy Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, and a member of various American societies, such as the American Heart Association, the American Physiological Society, the American Thoracic Society, and the American Association of Immunologists. He has presided over 6 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one key research and development program under the "Precision Medicine Research" special project (as a sub-project leader), and has participated as a core member in one major project on "Major New Drug Development." He serves as the associate editor for the subject of Pharmacology.
1. 聚焦巨噬细胞极化分子机制,重点关注肺泡巨噬细胞等组织驻留巨噬细胞的生理性和病理性功能,阐明泛素化修饰、能量代谢、转录因子激活、磷酸化修饰等信号对于巨噬细胞的活化作用;
2. 聚焦感染性肺炎、过敏性哮喘、肺纤维化、肺癌等呼吸系统疾病的机制研究与药物靶标发现,揭示肺部炎症微环境调控呼吸系统疾病的病理机制;
3. 聚焦恶性肿瘤的免疫机制与药物发现,揭示肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)介导的炎症微环境调控肿瘤的病理机制;
4. 聚焦抗体药物研发体系和药物筛选体系搭建,通过抗体制备技术、细胞工程技术和高通量药物筛选技术研发创新药物;
5. 建立新型肿瘤免疫、过敏性疾病、神经系统疾病、炎症性疾病、消化系统疾病等新型疾病模型,用于体内药物筛选和药效学评价。

1. Determine the molecular mechanisms of macrophage polarization, with a particular emphasis on the physiological and pathological functions of tissue-resident macrophages such as alveolar macrophages. Elucidate the several signaling pathways, including ubiquitination modification, energy metabolism, transcription factor activation, and phosphorylation modification in macrophages.
2. Focus on respiratory system diseases such as infectious pneumonia, allergic asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, and lung cancer, revealing the pathological mechanisms of respiratory system diseases regulated by the pulmonary inflammatory microenvironment.
3. the immune mechanisms and drug discovery of malignant tumors, revealing the pathological mechanisms of tumor regulation mediated by tumor-associated macrophages (TAM) in the inflammatory microenvironment.
4. Focus on establishing the development system for antibody drugs and drug screening, utilizing antibody preparation technology, cell engineering technology, and high-throughput drug screening technology to develop innovative drugs.
5. Establish novel disease models for tumor immunity, allergic diseases, neurological disorders, inflammatory diseases, and digestive system diseases, to be used for in vivo drug screening and pharmacological evaluation.
