报告人简介: 美国堪萨斯大学医学中心药理学、毒理学和治疗学系教授。长期 致力于凋亡、自噬、线粒体自噬在肝脏损伤和癌症治疗中的作用及机制研究， 主持美国NIH项目4项，在Hepatology、J Hepatol、Gastroenterology和 Autophagy等知名期刊发表SCI论文129篇，总被引15220次，H-index为50。 担任Autophagy副主编和Hepatology、Am J Pathol等杂志编委。

丁教授的研 究兴趣主要包括： 1. Mechanisms of autophagy in alcoholic liver disease and pancreatitis； 2. Mechanisms of mitochondria autophagy (mitophagy) and mitochondria dynamics and biogenesis； 3. Targeting autophagy for drug-induced liver injury； 4. SQSTM1/p62 mediated-Nrf2 activation promotes liver injury and tumorigenesis inAtg5 liver-specific knockout mice.
